Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Velovia Terms of Use. It sets out what you can and cannot do with the Service. Velovia may enforce this AUP by suspending or terminating access without notice where there is an imminent risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
1. Content you must not generate, publish, or process
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory, or that incites violence
- Content that sexually exploits minors or depicts non-consensual sexual activity
- Content that infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights
- Content designed to deceive readers about its origin, including impersonation of real people, brands, or publications
- Disinformation about elections, public health, or emergency services that is likely to cause real-world harm
- Content that provides instructions for creating weapons, explosives, malware, or other tools intended to cause harm
- Personal data about identifiable individuals that you have no right to process
2. SEO practices
Velovia is built to help you rank legitimately. You must not use the Service to:
- mass-produce low-quality doorway pages or programmatic pages whose only purpose is to capture search traffic
- cloak content so that search crawlers see something different from human visitors
- generate or publish deceptive schema markup, fake reviews, or fake authorship signals
- run link schemes, private blog networks, or paid links that violate search engine guidelines
- scrape or republish third-party content without authorization
3. Platform and API rules
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without Velovia's written permission
- Do not circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or authentication
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service to build a competing product
- Do not misuse third-party integrations (for example, exceeding Google API quotas, or pushing content to a CMS where you do not have permission to publish)
- Do not introduce malware, run cryptomining, or use the Service to attack other systems
4. AI output is your responsibility
You must review AI-generated Output before publishing it. You are responsible for verifying facts, citations, and legal claims, for removing any hallucinated references, and for ensuring Output complies with this AUP, applicable law, and the terms of any platform where you publish it.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Velovia in breach of this policy, email abuse@velovia.ai with a description of the content or behaviour and, where relevant, the URL where it is published.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend access, remove content, notify third parties (such as CMS platforms or Google), or terminate accounts that breach this AUP. We may also report violations to law enforcement where required.
